• Being a System Development Manager in Datapath, I lead team of highly skilled System Development and Devops Engineers at various levels who solve difficult operational and automation problems at scale for our partner teams. As a leader of the group I work closely with one of the largest group who own Amazon Retail Website technical stack which gives great opportunity to deep dive into problems that partner teams face and provide long term solutions to handle them. I am responsible for taking decisions to unblock our dependent teams to improve customer experience, deliver critical projects and meeting expectations of our partner teams. Also lead company wide systems/tools which had shown great impact across the organization over years. As a Manager my job is to improve developer productivity, Efficiency, Availability, Resiliency and Security. Also I work with upper leadership, principle engineers and senior technical program managers across the organization in multiple geographical locations to establish effective collaboration and partnership.
