• I manage the Fulfillment systems, Receiver Experience and Shipper/Seller facing UI product for the SWA (Ship With Amazon) business.
• Receiver Experience - My team is building this product for SWA worldwide from scratch. This is a greenfield initiative to build market leading product that will be used by end customers for tracking and managing their orders shipped and/or fulfilled by Amazon for shippers/sellers.

• Fulfillment system - My team is re-architecting the order aggregation and management system that enables the shippers and sellers to manage their orders shipped through Amazon. The system caters to orders of third party sellers/shippers from Amazon retail business as well as third party market places.
• Shipper Central - My team is re-architecting the externalized UI solution used by shippers/sellers to manage the life-cycle of their orders. This initiative is to enable each functional team to independently manage their development cycle by de-coupling the front-end and back-end components in order to increase speed of delivery and reducing inter-dependencies.

We build technical solutions based on Big Data and AWS services to support operational cost analytics, reporting, and machine learning for Worldwide Operations Finance . We are currently expanding our existing solutions by working with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organizations spanning wide range of technologies.

• I am working as a Software Development Manager in the Last Mile Tech Vertical of Amazon. My work is primarily :
• 1) Design and development of Delivery Station software of Amazon
• 2) Driving consensus between business and different tech teams to change current workflows and launch new initiatives.
• 3) Hiring and Mentoring developers in order to support them grow in their careers.
• The Delivery Stations operations deliver millions of shipments daily across different countries like USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, India, France, Italy and China etc. Our software allows the business to rapidly scale their operations across different countries.
• I lead the team whcich designs solutions to allow Amazon Delivery Stations to innovate and scale at a very fast pace. Delivery station being the heart of the Last Mile Domain needs solutions which are extensible and seamlessly integrated with other components like Third Party FCs, Amazon Pickup Points, Lockers, I-Have-Space Nodes, Capacity planning, On Road Execution, Routing technology and Customer visibility etc.
