• Engage with customers for product ideas, enhancement requests, custom solutions and for L2 escalations.
• A regular contributor to ​HappyFox blog. ​Published a few articles highlighting salient features in HappyFox and how it helps overcome common pitfalls/shortcomings in other help-desk solutions.
• Involved in product-marketing tasks including newsletters, customer engagements, website modifications for better traffic, reducing bounce rate, increasing time-spent etc.
• Attended ​RingCentral’s ConnectCentral 2018 conference in San Francisco​ along with members of the sales team. HappyFox was one of the sponsors. Interacted with prospects and highlighted how HappyFox + RingCentral integration offers a seamless customer service experience.

• As a developer, I worked with the ​Files Components team at Salesforce.
• Involved in development of new AURA components for consumption in Salesforce Lightning UX and for use in Communities templates (Napili). Worked in collaboration with other teams (Chatter API, Analytics, Files Architecture) for the same.
• During my tenure there, I spent my time understanding the API driven architecture of Lightning UX, learning more about AURA and the architecture of Salesforce core monolith that facilitates multi-tenancy.
• Participated and ​secured one of the top 3 spots in all hackathons ​conducted during my tenure @ Salesforce. All our ideas were product-centric i.e., new features/enhancements/refinements to existing modules aimed to improve usability.
• Winning team - April 2016 hackathon: ​Enhanced analytics dashboard and Google Analytics integration for Communities.
• Second runner-up - August 2016 hackathon: ​Integrating topics with Files. Adding topics to files for quick retrieval and better organization in file-picker.
• Second runner-up - February 2017 hackathon: ​Enhanced our previous hackathon idea to surface topic suggestions in file-picker. Ability to create navigable bookmarks section in Files Home to quickly select files tagged using topics. Ability to automatically attach files while posting in chatter feeds by @ mentioning the file-name. ​Presented the idea to a panel that included Srini Tallapragda.

• Built a model driven Import engine that allows for data migration/import from different cloud
• systems to Oracle Sales Cloud. The import framework allows product teams to uptake with
• minimal effort and ensures that validation rules need not be replicated (by leveraging existing
• business rules on the model layer).
• Developed a new product for Partner Management suite of Oracle Sales Cloud(team of 4).
• Involved in the project right from conception. Work included designing database schema, model
• artifacts and UI.
