• Managed and built team from 5 to 20+ engineers. Hired 3 product managers to the team as well. Leading the team in developing platform for tracking clicks, conversions and user engagement data, business intelligence module for generating analytical dashboards and reports using this data.

• Developed and designed a workflow based system to manage store-order lifecycle (pickup point stores). Distributed messaging and lambda architecture for processing updates at scale. This improved error-handling, rollbacks, notifications and easier addition of features.
• Owned developing an android application and its backend is used at the store to provide real time updates to the system, better tracking of packages and improved user experience. Launched it in Mexico and Italy and were in process of launching it in India.
