• I'm currently driving the UX design for our marketing automation product. I work with our CEO, domain experts and sales & marketing folks, interview and gather feedback from potential users, draw up wireframes and mockups, present designs to get feedback, and coordinate with the front-end engineering team to bring our product from vision to reality.

• At Worldpay I worked to understand the process of Merchant Onboarding from the ground-up, and drew up plans on how to redesign the onboarding process.

• I worked with a team that was mostly comprised of engineers, and did a ground-up redesign of an internally used web application used for monitoring application performance. I helped them prioritize their use cases based on real usage history, and reflect that prioritization on the new interface.

• I'm Currently doing user studies with public transit riders, and usability testing for OneBusAway to improve the usability of its mobile interface. I also maintain and improve the Atlanta instance of OneBusAway so that Atlantans have access to realtime public transit information.
• Previously, I worked with the Institute of People and Technology (IPaT) to build and maintain drupal websites of research institutes under the umbrella of IPaT.

• I had co-founded an online food ordering service called mastmenu.com. I was primarily responsible for ensuring a great customer experience during all interactions with our company. I designed and developed the website, drew out customer phone support protocols and built an administrative interface optimized for fast order processing.

• Worked as a software developer, and quickly transitioned into a more user experience focused role. As a UX designer, I interacted with users, contributed to requirements gathering, performed contextual enquiries and drew out personas and use cases iteratively.
• As a software developer, my job touched all aspects of a typical software development life cycle: requirements gathering, technical design and development, automated unit and integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

• At my undergraduate college I was the web developer for three different technical festivals' websites held between 2007 and 2010. I was also involved in the redesign and rebuild the CS department website from the ground up during the same period.
