• Led the architecture and execution of 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘚𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘢, a next-generation, AI-first business application that reimagines how enterprises interact with data and workflows. Designed and implemented a 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 that enabled autonomous task orchestration, intelligent decision-making, and seamless user interaction—pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LLMs and agent-based systems.
• I drove cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and product teams, delivering a highly scalable platform used for dynamic chart generation, natural language query handling, and end-to-end business scenario automation. The project was recognized for its innovation with 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, and served as a model for enterprise AI integration across other product lines.

• Lead Power Platform ISV (Independent Service Vendor) team. Power Platform ISVs are medium to large enterprises who wish to build software using Power Platform and want to sell them in our AppStore (https://appsource.microsoft.com/). ISVs creating any application using power apps, Dynamics 365 can sell their applications in appsource. Our job is to enable ISVs to create a growing business out of their IP.
• Lead a team of 10 people to deliver some of the core infrastructure services in PowerApps team. Leading the effort on 3 different services.
• My team owns PowerApps publisher analytics portal (https://isvstudio.powerapps.com/), where PowerApps publishers daily look at usage of their applications, install errors, Install rates.
• Our data analytics pipelines run over petabytes of data to gather meaningful signals for ISVs.
• We own the Auto-updater service of PowerApps. Our service is responsible for scheduling and rollout of millions of application updates to power platform's global customer base. We roll out all major PowerApps, Dynamics 365 apps, Power Virtual agents deployment through our infrastructure. We roll out 150 Million updates per month across millions of Dataverse environments.
• We also own the Core Install Service for PowerApps package. Our service handles over ~300K install requests a month across 16 geos across the world including sovereign geos. Install workflow is long running workflow system that manages the proper install of PowerApps packages. The service helps install of all Powerapps, Power Automate, Power Pages applications.

• Led a team of 7 people to deliver extensible, reliable, scalable Azure Capacity management system. We used to manage capacity for resources like Compute, SQL DB, Azure Machine learning, Cosmos DB etc.
• Built a system that was extensible, so that onboarding new resource was possible in 2 weeks instead of months. System was a complex workflow system which was fault tolerant and was agnostic of machine restarts.
• We built complex machine learning models to predict the capacity needed for every resource in every region based on the usage of resources in customer subscription. Built a system that can host multiple models and perform A/B testing and measure success percentage of each.
• We also built ARM resource provider to expose our api’ s programmatically and were used by big companies.

• Was part of Azure Monitoring team that built it from grounds up. Our services are not only used externally, but also used internally by all Microsoft teams. As part of it, helped build core infrastructure service, that helped Azure Monitoring being a managed service. Service used to build out azure storage resources on behalf of customers, auto-scale the storage resources based on resource consumption, and also manage the storage resources.
• Apart from this, was part of the team who built Node diagnostics, Top Errors, Distributed Tracing services.
