1. Integration of Radiography Testing data acquisition device with KovidRT.
Wrote a driver code for radiography testing(RT) data acquisition device for its interaction with KovidRT(Software for RT data analysis), and displaying the data collected in the required format.
Working with the device API.
2. Filters for detection and correction of Bad Pixels
Include designing a filter in C++ for the detection of bad pixels from the data acquired by a FPD (Device for acquiring data for RT analysis). Along with generation of bad pixel map and correction of bad pixels.
3. Spatial Resolution of Digital Detector Array.
Designed an algorithm for calculation of spatial resolution of a given DDA. It automatically detects a pattern formed by a phantom when exposed to radiation. Then it calculates the spatial resolution for DDA by analysing the data acquired.
4. 3-D image Reconstruction
Wrote a code for reconstruction of 3D image from a given set of raw data images. Used RTK libraries along with ITK and VTK filters for reconstruction.
