As a founding member of Joveo, I’ve been hands-on across every phase of engineering—from writing the company’s first mission-critical services to scaling our systems to handle millions of job ads and applications globally. I built and scaled multiple teams from the ground up, directly managing over 40 engineers across backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA.
