With over 14 years of work experience, I am currently leading the @Home business at Lenskart, where I drive strategy, growth, and quality for our home eye-testing and home trial vertical. I oversee the entire customer journey – from traffic acquisition and appointment bookings to field operations and sales conversion – ensuring seamless experiences and strong business outcomes, while scaling Lenskart’s mission of making eyewear accessible at home. Previously, I headed the strategy and investor relations function at toothsi, India’s largest dental and derma health-tech company, where I worked on transforming healthcare with innovative, customer-centric solutions and built strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. Before toothsi, I was the Business Head of the Salon at Home category at Urban Company, the largest services marketplace in India. I managed the P&L, operations, quality, and growth of the beauty and wellness vertical across the country, achieving a 3x increase in revenue and a 40% improvement in customer satisfaction. I started my career in corporate sales with Bank of America, supporting large and complex deals with key clients. I hold a PGDM from IIM Indore, with a focus on general management, marketing, finance, and sales, and a BTech in Electronics and Telecommunications from College of Engineering Pune.
