• I was responsible for handling the complete Public Key Infrastructure in the project.
• Developed components for encryption-decryption of electronic bids, also developed components for generating digital signatures using Cryptographic API for Component Object Model (CAPICOM), these components are used with X509 v3 certificates.
• Developed PDF signing applet to be used with X509 v3 certificates in java, which is integrated in the project.PDF signing feature is only available in Adobe Professional versions. It was decided to buy this component but I did it in just two weeks time hence saving the cost.
• Developed component in java for scanning fingerprint and saving the fingerprint data to oracle database. This component is to be integrated in the web application for authenticating the user at different levels of security.
• Also worked on java based smart cards
