Emerging Talent Recruiting (Previously University Recruiting) professional with over 15 years of experience. I wear a dual hat, managing two important roles. Firstly, as a Leader for Emerging Talent Recruiting in India. Additionally, I work as a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) for Engineering Business in APJC. In my role, I oversee all aspects of university recruitment, from engagement and branding to hiring strategy, onboarding, and the strategic development of programs aimed at nurturing a robust talent pipeline. Beyond the traditional responsibilities of hiring, I am committed to nurturing my team into well-rounded professionals, ensuring regular communication, understanding their strengths and aspirations to align them with larger Cisco goals. My expertise shines in areas of innovation and process improvement, particularly in branding strategy and a go-to-market approach.
