• Summary: Experience working on various platforms and technologies spanning native mobile apps, websites and desktop apps.
• 2013 onward: worked on creating a new service for Adobe Document Cloud. The service was released during Adobe MAX 2016 conference. Serendipity - We created it for my BU (Document Cloud) but another BU (Creative Cloud) decided using it first for general use. Then, the service became a 'platform' service that company standardized for this use-case. And, we were moved into a 'platform' BU.
• 2013-2015: intermittently assisted in Acrobat releases on MS Windows and Mac OS X - for first integrated 'Adobe Acrobat DC' release - where DC stands for 'Document Cloud'. Added Touch and assistive/accessibility functionality to OSR CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) apart from other product specific functionality.
• 2013: primarily worked on a new concept related to file syncing for Document Cloud. This initiative was later dropped.
• 2011-2012: worked for Acrobat Reader mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• 2008-2011: contributed in Acrobat.com effort (online services offering from Acrobat group) at both server/client-side. Also, wrote a PDF creation library and PDF generator in ActionScript (close cousin of JavaScript) from browser DOM that entirely ran in browser for various document authoring apps.
• 2005-early 2008: worked on multiple versions of Win/Mac/Linux Acrobat/Reader up to Reader version 9
• I joined Adobe as a MTS-1 in Feb 16, 2005
