• Leading the engineering team at Flipkart Commerce Cloud for the digital commerce initiative. I am driving the development of innovative solutions such as Catalog, Search, Transact, Storefront, Pricing, Promotions, etc, with a team of ~50 devs, including Engineering Managers and Principle Engineers.

• In addition to externalizing the Ads Manager for the FCC's SaaS offering, I am leading the team on the 'Marketplace in a Box' project. Under this initiative, we are offering the Marketplace solution as SaaS. I am looking after the whole user journey (gateway, User ecosystem, Catalog, Search, Storefront, Transact) experience along with the UI and the SRE aspect of the project.
• In this initiative I am leading a team of 32 devs along with EMS and a staff engineer.

• Heading engineering for Flipkart Commerce Cloud, providing SaaS of retail intelligence to other e-commerce players. Looking after three offerings as of now, namely, Ads Manager, Pricing Manager, and Fraud Manager with a team of 28 developers.

• Leading Engineering for Pricing Manager platform at Flipkart Commerce Cloud. Pricing Manager as a SaaS offering is Retail pricing & assortment intelligence solution that provides unique optimization technology based on ML models to predict future sales for each SKU at different price points. It has three products namely Competitive Intelligence, Dynamic Pricing Engine, and Assortment Intelligence. • Leading User Cluster team
• The team comprises 16 members across 3 charter namely User Service, User Security, and User Insights.
• User Service is a highly scaled system responsible for Flipkart’s customer account, profile, and Login management. This is a highly critical, scaled, and highly available service, working at QPS of 350k+.
• Security deals with the platform to safeguard customer’s PII by rightly encrypting and hashing the data yet ensure the performance and capabilities are not compromised.
• Insights is a platform to derive information about a user from his activities on Flipkart which is used for targeting, recommendation.
