• Managing portfolio worth $850M+ in GMV and $140M in Ads revenue from Search ads including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display for Diamond & Platinum tier accounts under the U.S marketplace & supporting them with end to end strategical support to grow their business. Handled Ads account of multi Billion Dollars giants like Adobe, NVIDIA, Mcafee & Sennheiser.
• Directly engaging with advertisers to understand their advertising goals and expectations, and analysing their account performance, sharing insights, developing & executing ad strategies for the year. I am the primary POC for some of the top brands under the CPG vertical for ads account management from Ad Support Team. This involves on call interactions with the stakeholders from the client side to explain and understand the possible outcomes from the strategic support provided by ad support team.
• POC for revenue growth for a team of 15 people under Consumer packaged Goods (CPG) and primarily responsible to drive the revenue for amazon by analysing and sharing opportunity areas under the book size of 340+ accounts with revenue run rate of $1.3B.
• Assisting with ad strategies for new product launches, category launches and traffic growth on Amazon. Have been instrumental in new products launch for the brands like Truform, Arm & Hammer and Evenflo.
• Deep dive into periodic trends like competitor benchmarks, campaign performance, category trends, search trends on amazon to optimize & improve conversion and return on ad spends.
• Increasing Amazon’s revenue by identifying upselling & cross-selling opportunities on the accounts managed by analysing out of budget opportunities and non-advertised products. Drove incremental budgets for assigned accounts by sharing various reports & insights which resulted in an upsell of $1.2 million for Amazon.
