I am an Associate Product Manager at Google. For my second rotation, I am currently working on Google Maps (User Generated Content), focused on maintaining trust. Previously, for my first rotation, I worked on Google Pay, where I had the amazing opportunity to work on projects like scaling Tap and Pay adoption in India, establishing product-market fit for UPI Lite, and launching the MVP for Hello UPI – a voice-based search and insights feature. Prior to Google, I worked as a Technical Product Manager at the Research Translation Lab of IIIT Hyderabad, where I led the creation of two 0-to-1 tech products leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges in the healthcare and social media monitoring sectors. I also worked on a product in the education sector as part of my M.Tech in Product Design and Management. I managed the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring user-centric and data-driven decisions. I have a strong technical background and a keen interest in creating innovative products that address core user pain points and create meaningful user experiences. Spearheaded the creation of two 0-to-1 tech products, managing the entire product lifecycle, at the Research Translation Lab of IIIT Hyderabad.
(1) AI-Based Pre-Hospital Care Solution for India’s largest Ambulance chain (EMRI - 108):
Conducted in-depth research through interviews with key stakeholders, including First responders, Chief Medical Officers, researchers, and doctors. Conducted a two-day ambulance observation to gain firsthand experience. Utilized advanced IIIT technologies to address identified challenges. Collaborated with engineers and designers to execute strategic roadmaps. Successfully piloted the solution in partnership with EMRI.
Enhanced product based on user acceptance testing, introducing a voice-guided aid for EMTs, increasing essential steps completion, a voice-activated ePCR for reducing vitals recording time, and a
Doctor Assist facilitates timely identification of critical cases for quick doctor intervention, while also enabling doctors to query protocol books to assist EMTs in treatment procedures.
(2) Social Media Monitoring Tool for Telangana Cyber Cell:
Engaged with IPS officers and administrative staff to uncover challenges in pinpointing accurate locations of emergencies disseminated through social media, leading to the prioritization and development of an impactful MVP within 6 months.
Conducted rigorous testing using historical and live data, successfully identifying over 5 critical events within 1 month, demonstrating the tool’s effectiveness in enhancing cyber cell response capabilities.
