I am a self-driven Product Manager with a CS background, who works at the intersection of Tech, UX, and Business. I help companies connect with their customers and users and build products that redefine the dynamic in ways that benefit both the companies and users. In my current role at peopleHum, a company in the growth stage, I work with cross-functional teams to build solutions that achieve targeted business outcomes, while remaining uncompromising on the user experience and the needs that customers want addressed. I also contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, to ensure the features that add the most value are being prioritized. At Forge, I worked at the Front End of Innovation consulting early-stage startups and students, aiding them in formulating customer-centric products from 0-1 by uncovering latent needs. I helped innovators gather data-driven insights and validate hypotheses to mitigate failure risks and deliver better value propositions. I am a pragmatic individual who engages thoroughly in experiential learning. At Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, I was a part of Ré, a research platform dedicated to imparting research culture in the student community, as an associate and then a lead. I was also selected to be a part of Super60, a 12-week Leadership and Personal Development Program offered selectively to highly motivated individuals from the college.
