  • In this role I grew the small department (research and development) from 12 personnel on 2 teams to 60 personnel across 10 teams. I was responsible for curating the product vision across the executive leadership team and accountable for the strategy to execute on making it a reality. We moved from services around Open Source to a Open Core model and Go To Market strategy around Unicorn Delivery Service (UDS), our flagship product. This allowed us to scale federal revenue but also launch additional revenue streams with OEMs, SIs, small business, and partners. Specifically, we grew revenue from $10M to $34M over 18 months.
