With more than 25 years of academic experience, my expertise spans OBE- based curriculum design,
teaching pedagogy involving various active learning methods, ensuring academic excellence through
strategic education planning and restructuring curriculum. As Head of department of Computer Science
and Engineering I had focused on faculty development and student-centered learning initiatives.
I have played a pivotal role in international collaborations for student exchange, research, training
and consultancy. I had recently visited PKFolkam university, Yaounde' for academic consultancy and had
facilitated Student and faculty Exchange during Jan 2025. I had facilitated student internship to
various universitites abroad like NUS, NTU, CMU, RIT and have exercised course Equivalence and Course
waivers for academic credit mapping. Iam working as joint research collaborator with Dr. Nirmala
Shenoy, Professor, RIT, US in developing routing protocol that is NSF funded, involving students from
both institutes. I have organised various international conferences and workshops with international
resource persons.
