• Have contributed to build the brand Compunnel for its journey from 35 million to a force of half billion currently and on its way to cross the billion mark soon.
• Have built performance oriented teams since 2015 contributing to business growth with a 4 way winning approach, for the team, the company, the candidate & client.
• In 2025 had about 20% increase in revenues YOY and 35% increase in head count from a new team built from scratch in 3 years.
• Have been endorsed by team members who have scaled up with my mentorship, handling full spectrum recruitment for both proactive and reactive business.
• Establishing long term networks to be leveraged for successful engagements to scale up.
