  • I served as one of the two Project Managers for THS International Reception - Spring '24, to welcome and help around 475 international students from across the globe to settle well at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Sweden at large, by organizing over 80 events in a span of 3 weeks.
  • The PMs serve as the heads of the Reception, by guiding and overseeing the whole project for a duration of 6 months. Starting by recruiting 6 Team leaders and a project team of ~25 diverse and international students who carry out various responsibilities including Human Resource Management, Event Management, Party Management, Banquet Management, Communications, Marketing, Collaboration Management, Catering, Logistics, Finance & IT). Together we develop a plan, which is executed with the help of selectively recruited 80 student volunteers called as buddies.
  • Overall, I've had a once-in-a-lifetime experience of leading a diverse student team, striking the perfect balance between studies, friendships and professionalism. It's a journey filled with fun, perspectives and emotions while planning and organizing numerous events, and building friendships that last a lifetime.
