• My thesis partner and I Led the end-to-end transition of a legacy spare-parts management system into Teamcenter PLM, enabling seamless adoption of digital tools and standardized processes.
• 1. Acted as both Business Analyst and Solution Architect, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Documentation) to define PLM requirements and design scalable data models aligned with manufacturing best practices.
• 2. Developed and validated workflows to support key service operations, including: Service BOM alignment with design BOMs for traceability, technician feedback loops to enhance documentation quality, engineering change management for efficient approvals, End-of-Life (EoL) tracking for sustainability, and exploded views & spare part kits to improve downstream efficiency.
• 3. Utilized Teamcenter functionalities such as classification, configuration management, and change control to enhance data consistency and reusability.
• 4. Conducted system testing in a controlled environment, identified process risks, monitored adoption KPIs, and proposed continuous improvements to ensure scalability and enterprise readiness.

• I served as one of the two Project Managers for THS International Reception - Spring '24, to welcome and help around 475 international students from across the globe to settle well at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Sweden at large, by organizing over 80 events in a span of 3 weeks.
• The PMs serve as the heads of the Reception, by guiding and overseeing the whole project for a duration of 6 months. Starting by recruiting 6 Team leaders and a project team of ~25 diverse and international students who carry out various responsibilities including Human Resource Management, Event Management, Party Management, Banquet Management, Communications, Marketing, Collaboration Management, Catering, Logistics, Finance & IT). Together we develop a plan, which is executed with the help of selectively recruited 80 student volunteers called as buddies.
• Overall, I've had a once-in-a-lifetime experience of leading a diverse student team, striking the perfect balance between studies, friendships and professionalism. It's a journey filled with fun, perspectives and emotions while planning and organizing numerous events, and building friendships that last a lifetime.

• As an Associate Equipment and Tool Design Engineer, I was responsible for the design and modification of key manufacturing tools, including assembly jigs, detailed tooling, scaffolding, work platforms, and ground handling equipment for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). I investigated and implemented engineering changes to maintain configuration integrity, ensuring production alignment. I also fostered strong technical partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, collaborating on project development and execution. Additionally, I regularly coordinated with Boeing experts across the globe to share best practices and support engineering excellence initiatives. My role also involved contributing to employee development, mentoring, and enhancing customer engagement efforts.

• During my internship at BEML's KGF complex, I had the opportunity to thoroughly understand the manufacturing process of earth movers and defense vehicles, starting from material characterization in R&D to the final assembly and dispatch of vehicles. This experience provided me with in-depth knowledge of the operations in various departments, including the plate shop, machine shop, gear shop, heat treatment shop, fabrication shop, hydraulic shop, and power line shop. I was also exposed to other key areas like the assembly of crawler dozers, excavators, defense hangers, and the CNC complex.
