• Reduced cloud costs from a monthly +50% in 2021 to a constant -5% MoM in 2022/2023.

• Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Operations, I am part of the Commercial Operations Leadership Team with the unique responsibility of taking care of the technology that powers our Customer Support, Local Partner Support and Content Agency.
