• I moved on to the Courses Platform and currently handle a 21-member team (13 direct reportees including an EM and an 8-member team reporting through dotted lines to me)
• I set up the engineering process by working closely with the Head of Engineering like defining Technical SOPs, Technical Troubleshooting Processes, On-call incident management, and Instrumentations to measure the performance of the Team and Product
• I designed the Sales CRM integration which concurrently worked with multiple platforms enabling smooth sales operations
• I designed the private video content library which is accessible for candidates with select privileges

• I built the Runway team, primarily responsible for working with all the business units to help solve their operations inefficiencies using technology products
• Worked with the Growth team and built a CRM to automate the influencer onboarding, management and payment processing systems and improved their operational efficiency
• Worked with the Operations team to set up the technical support vertical and defined the processes and SOPs to troubleshoot the potential issues faced by the customers
• Worked with the Support Operations to migrate their systems from Verloop to Intercom to improve the operational efficiency and helped set up the entire system in under 2 days

• When Relevel acquired RheoTV, I was promoted to Senior Engineering Manager and given the responsibility of handling the entire backend system of the product and scaled the Jobs platform to 20x
• We hit Product Market Fit within 5 months from the date of launch of the product
• I am responsible for interacting with the Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and QA team to deliver the projects
• I am responsible for setting Career paths and goals for the team and guiding them to grow in their career to the next levels
• I was responsible for conducting weekly 1-on-1s for my direct reportees and biweekly 1-on-1s for my skip-level reportees to discuss their progress in career path and goals setup
• I am coaching and training an EM to effectively manage the team, set up goals and career paths and deliver a high-quality output of work
• I managed a team of 10 members in the Jobs platform with 3 million users and 7k+ concurrent users:
• We migrated the whole of the frontend application from Angular to ReactJS in a short period of time while handling 2k+ daily concurrent test takers seamlessly
• We built our own proctoring platform which scaled to 7000+ concurrent candidates taking exams being proctored by 200+ live proctors
• I worked on automating the operations of the product working closely with multiple stakeholders from different business units and automated 100% of operations in under 2 weeks

• I was in the founding team of Relevel and was responsible for handling the Product, Design, Engineering, and QA. I managed a team of 8 members who ideated, designed and delivered products at a blistering pace.
• I worked closely with Shashank Murali, CEO in building Relevel Jobs platform and we built and iterated on 4 products before finally launching the Relevel Jobs platform
• We built a SaaS product to sell online courses from ideation to delivery of product in under 20 days with product and tech team of 8 members. This product included scheduling classes, conducting online courses with Video class experience, and payment systems integrated into it.
• We designed and developed the first version of the Relevel Course platform in under 8 hours, which included an authentication system, Video Class experience(Integrated with Unacademy’s CLX platform) for both Candidates and Educators. This brought us huge appreciation from Uncademy’s CEO, Gaurav Munjal.

• I built ATS, an applicant tracking system for curating freelancers and hiring them onboard for projects by the companies from the TapChief marketplace
• ATS had a calendar, timeline and Gantt chart view of the progress of the applicant's progress in the funnel
• ATS had a multi-functionality chat app that acted as a base point for all the actions around the interaction with applicants such as Text, Media, Links, Payments, etc.
• I built Workspace, a Slack-like application to help customers communicate with freelancers with help of text, media, and links in a centralised place within the TapChief website
• Workspace was designed to be a one-stop solution to solve collaboration, communication and completion under TapChief’s roof
• Workspace had an integrated payment and invoicing system aiding unified and contextual transaction information along with the work and progress
• I built TapChief Unlimited, subscription-based e-commerce for standardized services
• We built a CMS to manage all the standard services that we offered and to be able to buy directly from the portal
• We catalogued all the standard service providing freelancers and created a package of services under a subscription model
• I was part of building the TapChief Web application backend, which offered a cohesive platform to discover and schedule calls with experts to get advice across domains
• I was part of building Video class white labelling solutions which were used by popular brands like Upgrad, Capstone, etc

• I am a self-taught programmer. Learnt Python programming language and joined Pydan consulting as a software developer primarily focused on backend technologies.
• I worked as a software development consultant for ShieldSquare, now acquired by Radware, which helped customers mitigate bot threats for digital products.
• I was primarily responsible for building a customer-facing dashboard for the Shieldsquare SaaS product, which includes rich analytics and visualisations of various threats and mitigation actions performed by the ShieldSquare product.
• I have written the python connector for capturing the web requests along with client information and processing the threat analysis in real-time and providing captcha for spurious/suspicious requests.
• I worked as a software development consultant for Simplotel which was into Hotel technology products.
• I was primarily responsible for building the CMS SaaS tool for hoteliers using which they can launch their own websites that were SEO friendly.
• I built a version control system on the database which has options to maintain, launch multiple versions of the website and rollback to the previous versions
• I was also involved in integrating multiple booking systems into the product and was a part of building a booking system along with payment integration
