About

I didn't plan to become a platform engineering leader. I started as someone who couldn't stand watching engineers waste hours on broken builds and infrastructure that fought back. Fixing that became an obsession, 14 years later, it still is. Most recently I was a key part of building the India GCC for Personify Health at Cloudangles, joined early, helped stand it up from scratch, and scaled Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and NOC to 30+ engineers across 3 continents. I owned the platform side: a $5M+ AWS environment, $1M+ in cost savings, and the kind of DevSecOps and SRE foundation that let the org scale without falling apart. Good numbers. But the one I am most proud of is harder to measure: engineers telling me the platform got out of their way and let them do their best work. That's the whole point. I work at two altitudes. I can sit with a CTO and define what the platform needs to look like in 3 years. I can also sit with an engineer and figure out why the Helm chart is broken today. I am not looking to stop doing either.
