• I developed and executed targeted recruitment strategies that leveraged advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, and internal databases. These efforts resulted in a significant increase in the quality and quantity of candidates sourced, enabling the timely fulfillment of critical business needs.
