• In my current role I'm the project manager and product owner for our Internal Cloud/PaaS initiatives, a crucial part of our Devops strategy. We have a hybrid setup, mixing our home-grown and open source PaaS software, Tsuru, and the OpenStack ecosystem. We have deployed a system using Tsuru as the compute runtime and delivered object storage and identity management using OpenStack.
• The new platform was delivered through 5 projects. I was responsible for all 5 projects, ensuring the dependencies and cross-team risks were being addressed, and that we were continuously delivering and integrating our systems, avoiding a big-bang integration phase in the end.
