• Main responsibilities:
• P&L. Responsible to create and meet the P&L objectives of the unit.
• Strategy definition. Responsible together with Sales and Product management to define the strategy of the unit.
• Offers coordination. Responsible of the inputs (quotation, staffing, feasibility) of the unit for the offer to our customers.
• Project coordination and planning. Ensure, together with the engineering managers, that all projects granted and ready to run within an organization meet the overall business objectives. Alignment with strategic objectives. Define and coordinate the strategies for the execution of projects: following up resources needs, establishing priorities and managing risks.
• Team coordination. Coordinate all the engineering managers and technical leads as a servant leader, providing support and facilitation, providing thought leadership, career development, mentoring, and guidance, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure Technical Leads are supporting the different technical teams, helping in technical advice, and evaluating possible internal training needs.
• Unit follow-up. Overview forecast planning and controlling deviations. KPI tracking and forecasting.
• Reporting and escalations. Internally to the executive board members and to the senior management of our customers.

• Responsible of setting up the new TTTech Auto Iberia office in Madrid.
• Starting the office in February 2020 with the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to open the new office in Madrid, hiring more than 60 people in the first year.

• Design, implement and improve the strategies for the execution of the site.

• Main Challenges
• Gain business. In order to meet the P&L objectives I need to gain business into the organization, attracting to the new office projects to have revenues in the office.
• Hiring. Responsible of hiring 60 people during the first year. Initially I was participating in the whole engineering process until the first Team Leaders arrived and were landed in the company.
• Setting up teams. With the lock-down due to the COVID-19 pandemics I need to ensure that all the teams were correctly set-up and were able to work remotely as if the were all in the office. Provide the teams the necessary guidance to perform as expected and keep a good engagement level.

• Responsible to create and deploy the Bootcamp initiative in TTTech Auto Iberia and expand it to TTTech Auto Group.
• Bootcamp initiative objective was to provide an optimal landing of the new engineering hires to the company technologies, processes and projects, achieving a win-win for both, the engineers and the company.
• Main responsibilities
• Management. Responsible to create the plan to set-up and deploy the Bootcamp in the company. Creating the project planning and evaluating investments to build a reliable plan considering the needed timelines. Follow-up the plan to check for deviations and control the risks to mitigate them or take actions if necessary.
• Content creation. Define together with the Technical Leaders the contents and future roadmap of the Bootcamp to maximize the output considering the available resources.
• Supplier management. Plan the calendar to buy all the assess needed to deploy the Bootcamp on time optimizing the investments.
• Evaluation and continuous improvement. Defining together with HC and Technichal Leaders the way to get the evaluations form the customers and setting up and following up a calendar for continuous improvements.

• Lifecycle in SAFe Agile Release Train. Being part of a scrum team integrated in a SAFe Release Train. Being responsible for maximizing the ROI of the work done by the agile team.
• Backlog responsible. Involved in feature definition, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their user story estimates and sequencing. Participating in the Program Backlog refinement along with the Product Management team and prioritizing it.
