After some years involved in SW development in different industries like railway and payment, I decided to change the focus to management.   • Gain business. In order to meet the P&L objectives I need to gain business into the organization, attracting to the new office projects to have revenues in the office.
  • Hiring. Responsible of hiring 60 people during the first year. Initially I was participating in the whole engineering process until the first Team Leaders arrived and were landed in the company.
  • Setting up teams. With the lock-down due to the COVID-19 pandemics I need to ensure that all the teams were correctly set-up and were able to work remotely as if the were all in the office. Provide the teams the necessary guidance to perform as expected and keep a good engagement level.
