We were responsible for the development and enhancement of our in-house Loan Management System (LMS), also implementing continously a digital Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process. Integrated with different vendors to let clients spend the credit line given to them using our machine learning model, ensuring a robust and user-friendly platform.
We also played a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. This involved monitoring system performance, managing cloud resources, and ensuring the security and scalability of our applications.
One of my key achievements was the development of a sophisticated business rule engine. This engine was designed to automate and streamline decision-making processes within the LMS, improving efficiency and accuracy. Recognizing its potential, we converted this business rule engine into a Software as a Service (SaaS) product. This new product not only enhanced our service offerings but also became a significant source of revenue for the company, demonstrating our ability to innovate and adapt to market needs.
