I’ve been in Talent Acquisition for over 19 years now, and what’s kept me going is the opportunity to work with diverse teams, solve real business challenges through hiring, and build strong working relationships across functions and geographies. Currently, I lead recruitment and HR operations for Sleek India, supporting hiring across Technology, Product, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and HR. We work closely with teams based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK, and I’ve had the chance to grow alongside the company — from setting up local hiring processes to helping scale Sleek India to 130+ employees. To deepen my understanding of business and HR leadership, I’ve also enrolled in XLRI’s Strategic HR Leadership Program. It’s been a great learning journey so far — helping me step back from day-to-day hiring and think more about long-term people strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
