• The Nativo platform is an end-to-end native advertising solution for publishers enabling them to easily activate, deploy and manage native ad placements across all their media properties.
• In March 2019, Nativo, Inc. acquired SimpleReach. As part of the acquisition, I was tasked with leading the SaaS analytics efforts of Nativo, dubbed Nativo IQ. I am responsible for scaling an independent engineering team to build and support Nativo’s SaaS revenue line. I am also responsible for ensuring the continued success of the SimpleReach technology platform to ensure that SimpleReach customers are getting the value that they purchased while simultaneously building Nativo IQ out to support the transfer of customers.

• At SimpleReach I Built and led 3 different teams. At our peak, Engineering: which consisted of 1 VP, 2 managers, and 18 individual contributors; Customer Solutions: which consisted of 1 manager and 2 individual contributors; and Data Science: which consisted of 1 director and 2 individual contributors. I am responsible for a technology department budget of over $5m per year, implementing technology vision and guiding overall technology architecture. I would also present technology direction and vision to the board of directors when required, in order to get funding for major technology initiatives.

In addition to this, I created several web crawlers that would gather ad-network campaign attribution and optimize which ad-network should flight for a given campaign.
