• Lead a team of 15+ members including core developers, configurators, and QA. I was involved in
• architecting the custom solutions required for onboarding customers on the 3clogic platform across the
• globe. I also architected the complex solutions that require AWS technologies integration with
• ServiceNow and other CRMs. I was responsible for leading our integration offering, keeping up to
• date with ServiceNow features, to provide innovative solutions on ServiceNow and 3clogic to global

• Successfully onboarded 80+ customers(Cleveland Clinic, Duracell, Solugenix, 7Eleven,

• Chrome Extension. The process involved the end-to-end implementation and testing of all use cases of

• I worked as a principal engineer in the professional services team leading a team of 9 core developers including 3 ServiceNow developers. I was involved in architecting the custom solutions required for onboarding ServiceNow customers on the 3clogic platform in the North America region. The core focus is to provide integrated telephony solutions on ServiceNow for service desks across North America. I also architected the complex solutions that require AWS technologies integration with ServiceNow. I was responsible for leading our integration offering, keeping up to date with ServiceNow features, to provide innovative solutions on ServiceNow and 3clogic to North America prospects and customers.

• 1. Lead Professional Services Team
• Lead the team of 8 members technically, which is responsible for onboarding of new customers, migrating or upgrading existing customers to another client builds. This process involved configuration of existing system based on business requirements by providing custom solutions, testing it and delivering back to customer.
• Successfully onboarded 20+ customers for 3Clogic. Architected the solutions required in SOWs and other custom requirements of customer. Successfully lead the migration of highest revenue generating customer of 3CLogic, i.e. SNAP and the migration of one of the biggest customers of 3CLogic, i.e. Intelenet.

• Designed the product structure and mentored a group of 4 developers to develop a tool which can query around all databases of 3C’s cloud structure and provide additional functionalities with data.

• At Kwench, I worked as a Software Developer and led the development of various tools and features which led to Kwench's as well as my individual growth. Broad set of technologies were introduced and I professionalized myself on those technologies during my tenure at Kwench.
• Projects:
• 1. Myperks Redemption Platform (Store)
• This tool was developed individually by myself using AngularJS and Java Restful APIs. It is an eCommerce platform where users can redeem their perks and monetary appreciation. Instant gift vouchers enabled users to get gift vouchers of brands like Amazon, Lifestyle, Pantloons, etc. instantly on their mobile for various countries. Integrated services of Giftango, Giftaway, Vouchagram, Ngc, Qwikcilver etc for buying vouchers. This module is being used by 80+ top companies(CSC, HCL, Aon Hewitt, Yes Bank, Tech Mahindra etc) for purchasing vouchers and items by redeeming their loyalty points earned through various portals of Kwench or by purchasing using payment gateway.
• 2. Social Reward and Recognition Platform (Myperks)
• This is an employee engagement product of Kwench. In this I worked on a SAAS based product where employees can be socially recognized by their employer. Employer can recognize their employee by both monetary and non­-monetary appreciation. In this most importantly developed the
• ADFS system for enabling SSO functionality for Myperks Application for Kwench's clients(Aon Hewitt, Brillio, TechMahindra, GEP etc). ADFS feature involved SAML2.0, 3.0 , Azure AD, PingFederate integration using Artifact/Post Bindings. Also, developed the Yammer Social Share Service to share posts from Myperks feed to client's Yammer wall.
• 3. Kwench Management System (KMS)
• This is an internal tool of Kwench for managing resources. In this tool I led the development of various features for managing the functionality of all products of Kwench from back-end.

• Here at RaaSIO, I was leading the development effort for a highly scalable web services platform
• leveraging RaaSIO's proprietary Natural Language Understanding technology.The mobile application
• (more at www.sensechat.com) derives from the NLP engine and I had been a key player in the design and development of the application.
• I had also been involved in designing, implementing, testing and maintaining complex web
• services with strict service level contracts.
• Projects:
• 1. Developed US based android chat application (www.sensechat.com), involving NLP that allows users to use recommendation messages for consuming various services like gifts, movie, restaurant etc through Restful Web Services call based on special messages on different occasions.
• 2. Wrote RestFul Web Services that were consumed in Sensechat App(IOS and Android Version). Involved JUnit Testing for correctness of response. Services that I wrote were StubHub API (for retrieving information about Sports and Concert events), Movie API(using RottenTomatoes), Incident API(using MapQuest), Twilio (API for texting service).
• 3. Developed Windows-based IDE (Krypton) for controlling Lego type Robots for Kids that allows to drag and drop commands for operating robots and then compiling and uploading it programmatically into Arduino (atmega328p) Board attached in the robot. It involves avr-gcc compiler for compilation of code.
• 4. Developed US web-based restaurant Module (AutoOrder) that allows buying food items and ordering them using modal.
