• Problem Statement: While in college, realised our Director and Teachers had information dissemination problem.
• Solution: Built an MVP for colleges to help teachers, management and students to communicate easily, without privacy issues, of sharing phone numbers of teachers and college management.
• Execution: Pilot with 3 colleges, scaled to 50K messages per day. Iterated to campus commerce. couldn't bootstrap as colleges didn't pay for convenience.
• Learnings: Learned the difference between Painkillers and Vitamins. And also the importance of buy-in of decision-maker for a successful sale.

• 1) Lack of quality of knowledge and tech exposure in the student community.
• 2) Lack of the latest Electronic Development Tools like Arduino, RaspberryPie, Lidar sensors.
• Following the startup world advice and built for own itch started eCommerce for best tools, tying up with all the best manufacturers for tools. Starting the Open Hardware movement in India by introducing Arduino in India. Also did multiple workshops, tied up with 10+ Indian colleges, setting up college ambassadors, and robotics clubs.
• In our final year, we did Rs. 40L GMV in 2012.
