I have more than eight years of on-the-job experience which has afforded me a unique opportunity to apply my knowledge and experience as a change agent within HR. My skills include developing the strategy and processes to implement the metrics, tools and skills necessary for the HR team to grow as partners to the line managers. I also have experience in assessing current workflows and processes that foster quick, efficient and accurate exchange of information between HR and management. The exposure as a business partner, program developer and implementer has prepared me to hit the ground running. In my previous role I worked with business to manage resourcing for audit professionals across industries based on their skills. This allowed me an opportunity to manage multiple projects at the same time advising on how to best utilise resources. I’m proficient in maintaining databases (SAP, Salesforce case management, Ariba Vendor management) and using the same to make repots for analysis. I have also worked with the exit management team which focused on delivering end-to-end services which includes conducting exit discussions, assisting with terminations, conducting team training sessions and creating guideline documents. During this time I was also responsible for office supply management and records management. In addition to my experience and personal qualities I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for people and technology.
