Hello! I am Sarika, an IIM- A alumni and product management specialist with more than one and a half decades of experience conceptualizing and launching digital products/solutions in Fintech specifically the US Mortgage and US Insurance domain. My Key Professional accomplishments: • Ideated and spearheaded the implementation of the “Know Before You Owe” (Loan Estimate) regulatory requirement for residential mortgages catering to three business models. • Developed a storyboard for demonstrating the AI capabilities of the product • Created a product roadmap for two lines of business resulting in a two-year-long project. • Designed As-Is process maps to aid the smooth introduction of a new term-life product. I strongly believe in continuous learning to learn & unlearn and stay relevant. Enrollment in the ePGP course offered by IIM-A in 2019 has been one such endeavor to upgrade my professional skills.
