My career canvas is filled with diverse positions as Corporate HR, Business partnering with Corporate functions as R&D, Sales & Marketing, International Business & Manufacturing, CoE roles across Learning & OD, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and a Plant HR role; overall with a strong flair of Diversity & Inclusion through all roles. Through these stints, the core focus has been to independently partner with business and drive end to end HR processes, bringing in data based insights and actions, leading to transformational stories. The current role as Corporate Business HR demands a strong flair of functioning as an internal consultant for all business functions across CEAT Specialty. Thereby driving HR CoE processes starting from manpower budgeting, talent acquisition, talent development & management, learning & OD, employee engagement and wellness, total rewards and special projects, along with business partnering for India and International employees. This has overall helped me be data-driven and result oriented individual with an ability to challenge status-quo and drive innovation via thought leadership while maintaining the end-to-end view. Across the roles, my exposure has been both corporate and plant setups, giving me an opportunity to generate ideas and execution expertise.
