Currently leading global talent acquisition at Playtech, I’m responsible for shaping and executing our worldwide hiring strategy, guiding a diverse team of in-house Talent Acquisition Partners across multiple regions. These experiences have shaped my leadership style - strategic yet empathetic, always keeping people at the heart of what we do. Funny enough, I used to be convinced that people leadership wasn’t for me - I always saw myself as the subject matter expert, not the people leader. But over time, leadership came naturally, and today I can honestly say I enjoy it deeply. It’s not always smooth sailing, but the reward of seeing my team thrive and succeed far outweighs the challenges along the way. My leadership style is grounded in trust, transparency, and empowerment. I believe in giving people the space to grow, the clarity to succeed, and the support to feel confident in their decisions. I give my best to lead with empathy and accountability, aiming to create an environment where people feel safe to bring their whole selves to work and are inspired to do their best. Leading a remote, globally distributed team has further shaped my approach - teaching me that effective leadership isn’t about proximity, but presence. It’s about being available, intentional, and connected in the ways that matter most. I’m passionate about the impact talent acquisition can have - not just on business outcomes, but on people’s lives. Helping someone find a role that truly fits them is one of the most meaningful parts of this work. I believe TA professionals are not just filling roles; we’re shaping careers and futures. Beyond talent acquisition and leadership, I’m also committed to advancing women in technology and bridging the gap between education and employment. I enjoy collaborating with schools and communities to help juniors better understand the world of work and what employers truly value.
