Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company department's job duties and overall expectations. • Developed the in-house talent acquisition capability, including embedding industry-relevant processes, and reducing recruitment spend by leveraging public channels such as social media and job boards.• Conducted, pre-hire reference checks, preparing to join kits, joining formalities, pre- Medical check-up, biometric enrolment for 5+ joining’s every month for various strategic roles. • Execute pre-joining and orientation process by working closely with HR to new/ rehire employees to ensure smooth onboarding. • Customized & conducted employee retention strategies such as career development programs, transfer assessments & promotion recommendations based on performance.
