The title of the project was “A STUDY ON DECIDING FACTORS OF A LOGISTICS SERVICE PROVIDER” and the objective of the study was to find out various factors that influence companies in choosing their service provider for their freight forwarding, to make a comparative analysis between the extent of influence of various factors, and to find out whether the clients are happy with the existing service provider. The project was a quantitative research done by interviewing different companies who avail different types of logistics service.
