• Starting fresh in the consulting industry, I forayed into understanding how the tech landscape of large companies is built. I had the opportunity to work with clients to understand their requirements and create scalable solutions. I picked the niche of ideating & implementing cloud integrations between multiple systems & SaaS products - Salesforce, SAP, MSD, Zuora, Azure, Blue Yonder, etc.
• Over the past 2 years, I have gained experience not only in building integration solutions but also managing & tracking project-level deliverables by outlining tasks, timelines & resource requirements.

• Proposed & built a centralized integration system for file transfer reducing development efforts by 30%, impacting 50% of the 120 legacy integrations.
• Prepared solution analysis proposals outlining key deliverables & cost structures, for 5 prospective clients [RFPs].
• Identified critical project KPIs & conceptualized project delivery plans & dashboards.

• I was a part of the Leap team in its very initial days, where I got the chance to get my hands dirty and work on an arena of initiatives.
• From building a community of 70k+ members; to hosting live sessions (and pitching our product offering) with 1000+ attendees; to creating & managing a YouTube channel from 0-50k.
• The most rewarding part being, launching a product! - the user research, competitor analysis, ideation of features & offerings, pricing, and the best part - showing it to the world (GTM). We onboarded 7k+ members in the first 3 months.

• Identified OKRs to roadmap tech, marketing and fundraising for multiple early-stage ventures.
