With over 25 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship, I am a passionate and visionary leader who builds and scales innovative products and teams for various domains, such as fintech, insuretech, payment tech, e-commerce, and online travel. I am currently the Chief Technology Officer - Wealth at Paytm, one of the largest and fastest-growing digital payments and financial services companies in India. My core competencies include building and retaining high octane cross-geographical teams to solve complex problems, as well as expertise in trading applications, social networks, mobile apps, messaging, communication protocols, file formats, and data science. I have co-founded and led several tech startups, such as OurBus, Chkfake, AppAlert, and Flynk, and have also worked with global companies, such as Adobe Systems, Lumenare Networks, and River Run Software Group. I hold a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication, MS from BITS Pilani, an SMP from IIM Calcutta, and I am pursuing a PGCP in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from BITS Pilani.
