Passionately curious about product management and project management, both as a discipline and also as a practice. My most recent role in Shell is that of a Product and Project Manager, where I am responsible for end-end delivery of projects, programs and products across various portfolios in Shell Upstream assets particularly in DeepWater, Safety, Environment and Integrated Gas. My 2nd role in my current company, Shell, was that of an Associate Product Manager where I focused on onboarding business use cases to a line of products in the space of Renewables Generation, specifically in the area of Onshore Power and Offshore Wind. I also actively worked in integrating the product and digital landscape of a portfolio company into the digital and product landscape of Shell. Moreover, I worked with my Sr. PLM to strategize product roadmap, prioritize product features, create and maintain product backlogs for a line of products and an AWS based full stack data platform. My origin story in Shell started when I successfully converted summer internship into a full-time role under the flagship leadership program called "Shell Graduate Program". My first stint was as a Data Analyst where I created robust digital applications for strengthening Mobility division of Shell under Downstream line of business. I worked from scratch on building the Autovalidation capability which automates unit testing and smoke testing after data ingestion resulting in 20% reduction in efforts and dollar savings of around $150KUSD. I also worked on building the Dynamic Data Masking Capability resulting in the strengthening of overall secured position of Shell Mobility Data. I have received Director's Merit List Award from IIM Trichy where I did my MBA with an inclination towards Analytics, Marketing, Strategy and Consulting Domains. Pre-MBA experience in IT development and support with specialty in client interaction, requirement gathering, problem solving with proficiency in Linux, PL/SQL and JAVA. Rewarded and appreciated for participating in a 2 yearlong million-dollar project for a large health care firm based in North America.
