About

"The Journey of an Aspirant" From a young age, I’ve always felt a strong desire to contribute to positive change in the world. Growing up with my mother, I understood early on the importance of supporting my family, which led me to begin my professional journey sooner than most. After completing my Commerce degree from Calcutta University, I entered the BPO industry, eager to make a start. Thanks to my communication skills, I soon found myself exploring other opportunities, such as stage anchoring and translation. I had the chance to anchor shows for clients like Cartoon Network and Pogo, and work with international clients on market research translation projects. These experiences strengthened my passion for engaging with people, something I’ve always enjoyed deeply. Eventually, I found my way into Human Resources, a field that allowed me to use my strengths in communication to help others in their professional growth. This realization gave me a clear sense of purpose—I could play a role in making a positive difference in people’s careers. One of the key milestones in my journey was joining Beatles Software Solution as an HR professional. I dedicated two years to the company, working hard to learn and grow before moving on to HR EDGE. Each step along the way has taught me valuable lessons, and today, I’m grateful to be part of this HR fraternity, where I feel I’ve found the right career to continue growing and making a meaningful impact.
