Job Profile:
Extensive coordination with incubatee firms and their stakeholders
Lead/ Support product development, related technological challenges, operations, performance, economic and market trends
Research and Analyze emerging technology and innovations in different streams of Science and Technology, and their industrial applications
Lead meeting planning, facilitation, presentation, minutes, and follow-up
Develop a knowledge of the incubatee firms and be able to strategize based on product lifecycle
Ability to discuss planning and work with internal and external resources to meet goals of the incubatees
Help develop an execution policy statement with each incubatee based on their goals, objectives, product life-stage and market response
Help Translate execution policy to individual objectives for the leadership of the incubatee firms
Monitor and manage performance versus benchmarks and develop insights regarding critical success factors and detractors
Monitor resource allocation on a quarterly basis relative to policy and goals; evaluate and escalate needs to recalibrate
Review and monitor sectorial portfolio issues periodically
Seek to establish strong trust and confidence with the different teams to execute effectively
Lead/ support in responding to RFPs, Fund Raising, and Project Execution
Travel, as and when required, across the country for project execution and monitoring as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams
Lead and support other activities as assigned by Domain Head or Senior Management.
