• 1) Drove Migration of Azure Data Engineering system from onprem to Azure Cloud and federated out the system to each Data services team to manage their engineering system. SQL Server alone had close to 4 million lines of code (approx.) with 50, 000 + automated tests, with 800 developers contributing to the codebase on daily basis and reduced overall build and test time by 60% overall. This Migration empowered each team to manage their engineering system improving overall engineering productivity and driving velocity in delivering features to customers.
• 2) Drove Enterprise Concierge Services : Built automated debugging and intelligent Diagnostic tools for SQL Databases to help scale enterprise support from top 100 to top 10,000 and beyond with same number of sustained engineers addressing customer issues. As part of this effort, we provided E2E distributed tracing partnering with Zipkin( We received three patents 1) Correlation Across Non-Logging Components, 2) Correlation Across Non-Logging Components in distributed systems, and 3) Correlation Across Non-Logging Components using Impersonification),
• 3) Drove Control plane, Billing, Developer experience and developer story to integrate with Azure Eco-system for open source RDMBS (PG and MySQL) work delivered V1 of PG/MySQL GA on Azure. This focused on provisioning workflows through Azure Portal, API/SDK, CLI, and Control plane managing various versions of PG/MySQL, server parameters, compute, storage and managing the hosted databases through various online server management operations
• I managed team size of 10 plus members during this period and collaborated with Azure and Data Platform organization teams to deliver results.

Core focus on 1) hosting Microsoft Jet Database for Azure AD around hosting write replicas on SAN configuration and read replicas on SSDs 2) Sync web service to sync AD data with federated services like EXO, SharePoint, and Office Communication Online services. 3) Partition definition with Single leader write node and ACID promise guarantees for read after write concept.
