• As part of KPMG Global Services, I worked on the onboarding of applications and development of custom reports in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Here, I was actively involved in proposing the solution to the client, understanding the current process by interacting with client, preparing the project plan with timelines, demonstrating the developed functionality, testing and deployment of the functionality and getting the sign off from client for different processes by addressing their concerns.

• At EY, I got a chance to learn about Identity governance and Administration (IGA) in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• During my journey with EY, I worked on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IGA tool). As part of various projects at EY, I explored many different functionalities related to IdentityIQ:
• 1. Application Onboarding: Performed integration of different application connectors with SailPoint which involves delimited, Active Directory, web service, RACF, JDBC, Azure AD, Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow etc.
• 2. Implementated Joiner, Mover and Leaver functionality for clients.
• 3. Configured various custom functionalities where I worked on the creation of custom quicklinks, workflows, email templates, rules etc.
• 4. Certifications (access reviews): Configured "Manager Certification", "Targeted Certification", "Role Composition Certification", "Advanced Certification" etc. for clients.
• 5. Role management: worked on various custom functionalities involving good understanding of role detections, role target and role assignments.
• Other than the technical work, I was actively involved in activities like:
• Requirement gathering from client's internal teams.
• Demonstration of the process to client after performing POC
• Deployment of the functionalities to the higher environments
• Management of junior resources in the project by assigning them the appropriate tasks.
• Helped EY in the recruitment process as SPOC of IAM recruitment.
