My journey has been anything but linear—and that’s what fuels my leadership today. I began as a B.Tech graduate in Electronics & Communications, where I built a strong technical foundation. For four years, I immersed myself in UPSC preparation, writing the Mains twice with Sociology and Political Science as my optionals. That phase sharpened my analytical thinking, resilience, and ability to view India’s challenges from a socio-political lens. To gain a global perspective, I pursued my MBA at HHL Leipzig, Germany—one of Europe’s top business schools—specializing in strategy and entrepreneurship. Today, as CEO of GreenFit Industries LLP, part of the R.K. Singhal Group, I channel this diverse journey into building India’s green mobility future. At GreenFit, we manufacture affordable, durable, and impactful EVs—E-rickshaws, loaders, and scooters—that empower drivers, support dealers, and bring sustainable mobility within everyone’s reach. For me, leadership is about blending discipline with empathy, strategy with execution, and vision with grounded action.
