• Headed the Payment Links, Subscription & PG for BFSI merchants products as part of the Payment Gateway team
• 1. Built the Payment Links product for merchants to accept remote payments, used by 5 Million + merchants. Drove the product roadmap growing revenue by 3x and reducing fraud rates to <1%.
• 2. Led the Subscription Product used by merchants & Internal Paytm Businesses to collect recurring payments. Rolled it out on multiple checkout flows like SDKs, APIs and JS Checkout & created the dashboard for merchants to create & manage Subscriptions without Integrations.
• 3. Shipped multiple features like Account Verification (TPV), Real-time Settlement & custom reporting on UPI, NetBanking & Bank Mandates to enable Paytm Payment Gateway to be integrated across Mutual Fund & Stock Trade merchants. BFSI is the fastest growing category for Online Payments at Paytm.
• 4. Payment Links, Subscription & PG for BFSI (being new product streams) have been successful in driving ~15% of Online PG Business
• 5. Launched UPI Autopay (Launch partner for NPCI) & is being integrated by 200+ large online merchants.
• 6. Shipped Bank Mandates product for merchants to support large ticket size recurring payments.
• 7. Built the first fully RBI compliant recurring payments product: Subscriptions on Paytm Wallet

• Launched products in the Offline Payments vertical like Paytm For Business App, Soundbox, SMS printers etc. Led the Integrated Offline payment products division of the Payment Gateway team.
• 1. Launched the Paytm for Business App used by merchants for payment confirmations, reconciliations, bank transfers etc. Led the entire roadmap for the business app including banking, social and payments related features for merchants. The app has more than 15+ million downloads on Google Playstore.
• 2. Successfully launched the Paytm Sound Box, first integrated sound device of Paytm used by merchants for payment confirmations. Extremely successful launch with more than 550,000 devices sold
• 3. Worked on multiple pilot programs like SMS printers, NFC Tap and Pay & EDC devices along with driving the roadmap for Integrated products like Show Code, Dynamic QR, OTP based payments

• 1. Played a key role in the launch of ‘Project Hero’ where FreeCharge Wallet was launched as per the PPI guidelines & was integrated with Snapdeal & Freecharge. By April 2017, 20+ million customers had been registered with monthly revenues of more than $100 million.
• 2. Launched and managed the checkout and shopping cart experience for ‘FreeCharge Checkout product. Freecharge was live with over 100,000 Online Merchants.
• 3. Achieved Transaction Completion Rates of over 92% for customers transacting on Online Merchants.
