• Also responsible for budgeting and auditing various processes within the marketing and business development vertical and aligning them to suit business needs based on data-backed outcomes. To ensure seamless operations, each procedure is regularly analyzed through a fine-tooth comb approach. Future trends, bottlenecks, and other challenges are monitored through real-time dashboards, eventually addressing problems at each step.
