‘Success comes to those who learn from the failures and have the zeal to create something unique’ Time passes so fast, it passes even faster if you are passion-driven. 24 years back when I had the vision to create an organization that can contribute to mankind, I didn’t have resources and proper support, but the inspiration showed me the silver lining among black clouds. From a college dropout to a successful entrepreneur, the journey has been a real tough one. I, Abhishek Bhartiya today take the opportunity to look back to take stock. I initiated my career at the age of 16 and with my hard work and determination; I managed to become the first young director of a multi-level marketing company at the age of 18. . With a thought of doing something meaningful in life in my mind, I decided to start something of my own and that’s when BCS was born. When I started BCS, I was clueless but with strenuous efforts gradually I could establish my organization successfully. Throughout this journey, I faced a lot of failures but I took them as a lesson and kept moving. Over time, we started to grow and people started restoring their trust in us. In 2007, we started with the recruitment cell at Delhi, Lucknow and Mumbai, which gave many potential candidates a chance to find jobs. In 2015 I decided to diversify our business and took one step forward by starting skill development training, pay rolling and compliance & advertising and events agency. At that time, I merely knew about the same but decided to take the risk. Once these were successful, then I added various verticals that could yield in better growth of my organization. In 2020, amidst the lockdown we have launched "Purple"- a Digi event company that has been initiated by keeping in mind by upcoming events and marketing trends. It is an integrated platform for digital and hybrid events stimulating physical events. Our education brand with name of BCS Edventures will be soon on the floor with the services of redefining n revolutionizing the culture of school education in our country. At this stage of my life, I desire to support and inspire change-makers who can bring in fresh ideation to do something new.
