• 2. Launched Auto Allocation for Event Leads, improving Lead-to-Payment by ~25% vs manual, and boosting funnel performance via automation & smart routing
• 3. Enhanced RCB (lead reallocation) system, reducing lead clashes and increasing conversion accuracy through AVP-level targeting and CRM sync fixes

• 1. Built the admin interface to provide content for scaler events on various platform such as Scaler Topics, InterviewBit etc, using react and redux . The entire UI was backend-driven.
• 2. Integrated the flow to book a free live class to Scaler's Career-Roadmap tool.
• 3. Built the admin-side and the user-side flow that provides support for conducting Scaler events in an offline mode.
