• I led Google Workspace sub-teams building Policy management, Compliance, GenAI and Sustainability capabilities for customer organizations.
• Earlier, I led and represented core organization that builds engineering solutions for Google Cloud Security systems like Security Command Center(SCC), Chronicle and Siemplify. We build and integrate solutions with each of the systems to achieve highest levels of scalability and robustness. Our organization drives multiple diverse engagements contributing into releasing multiple new features and enhancing existing capabilties.
• I was responsible to hire and grow our organization exponentially. I also participated in planning, project executions, technical brainstorming and review of designs of multiple teams in organization to ensure highest level of employee satisfaction. I groomed future leaders for our organization. I lead a team of wonderful engineers and leaders marching towards delivering exceptional impact for Google Cloud Platform.

• I was part of team that implemented Radio Interface Layer(RIL) for Windows Mobiles and Windows Phones. We implemented features in RIL layer of application processor that is key interface with communication processor. This enabled multiple core capabilities of phone including Voice call, Video call, Messaging, Data services, Device Customization for markets. This included handling call ring, receive, waiting, hold etc capabilities coordinating with key components including audio services, camera services, battery etc.
• I led projects to configure devices in production pipeline for multiple permutations of model, country, operator etc. This system also help in ensuring the configuration is accurate as part production pipeline within lightening speeds which was a key requirement, imagine millions of devices produced in the factory where this system is running multiple times.
• We also built and integrated multiple applications as default applications on every Windows Phone sold by Samsung. We were rewarded for building blocking messages and calls from identified list of phone numbers.

• I implemented multiple 3GPP protocols related to RRC and RLC layers for management services. These are critical layers of stack and had no room for errors.
• I also worked on complex billing system for key customer. I had to navigate through complex business logic with permutation and combinations of user type, billing plan, duration etc. It helped me improve my ability to comprehend large system and build new features or fix critical bugs without breaking any existing capabilties.
